Eligibility
Requirements |
Medical Office Serves all women. Our
Medical Office participates in Medicare, all
Medicaid plans including SelectPlan for Women,
and we also participate in most commercial
insurance plans. For those without insurance,
fees for most medical services (excluding
prenatal care) are based on income and family
size. Most medical services are provided at no
cost to those age 17 and under. Breast and
cervical cancer screening may also be available
at no cost to those who qualify.
WIC You may be eligible if you are
pregnant, breastfeeding or have children under
the age of 5. Pennsylvania income guidelines for
WIC are set at 185% of the federal poverty
level. For example a family of four may qualify
with a yearly income of $40,793, a family of
three with an income of $33,874, and $26,955 for
a family of two. A pregnant woman is considered
as two individuals when the income determination
is made. Participation in the WIC Program is
based upon income and nutritional risk as
determined by a WIC nutritionist.
CAPP Available to schools and
community-based organizations. Call for more
